Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we will promptly provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. However, it’s important to understand that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.
In some cases, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the shipping company’s system. This delay is normal and does not necessarily indicate an issue with your order.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Rest assured, each order is shipped with insured shipping and handling to safeguard against lost packages. In the unlikely event that your order becomes held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! While the postal service is outside our direct control once your package leaves our warehouse, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. In such cases, we will send you a replacement package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible.
